Since 2006, the Pakistan Church Planting Mission has been faithfully working to spread the Gospel and build local churches across Pakistan.
Under the leadership of Pastor Shakeel Din and Pastor Din Masih, this mission is a vital part of One Vision Society, dedicated to reaching the unreached through the power of the Word of God.
Our purpose is simple yet powerful — to plant new churches, train local pastors, and equip believers to carry the light of Christ into every city, town, and village of Pakistan.
The Pakistan Church Planting Mission began with a small group of believers who felt a strong call from God to reach their nation with the Gospel. At that time, many areas of Pakistan had little or no Christian presence. Families longed for fellowship, but there were no local churches nearby.
With prayer and faith, we started visiting one village at a time, preaching the Good News and gathering people for worship. What started as small house fellowships soon grew into organized churches.
Today, by God’s grace, 12 church branches have been established in different cities and rural areas — each one standing as a beacon of hope and faith in its community.
Church planting is not just about building walls and roofs — it’s about building people. It is about creating places where believers can grow in faith, find encouragement, and worship God freely.
In Pakistan, many Christians live in scattered or isolated communities. Without a local church, it is difficult for them to receive proper teaching or fellowship. That’s why church planting is at the very heart of our ministry — it brings the Church to the people, not the other way around.
Every new church we plant becomes a center of transformation — a place where people hear the Gospel, children are taught God’s Word, and families experience healing, hope, and love.
Our church planting process begins with prayer and evangelism. Teams of evangelists travel to new areas, share the Gospel, and build relationships with local families. Once a small group of believers begins to gather regularly, we train a local leader or pastor to shepherd the group.
These fellowships often begin in homes or open spaces. As they grow, we help them establish permanent church buildings and community centers where people can come together for worship and outreach.
Each church remains connected to the wider family of One Vision Society and Independent Evangelical Ministries, ensuring spiritual guidance, accountability, and unity in vision.
The Pakistan Church Planting Mission invests deeply in training and equipping pastors. We believe that strong leadership builds strong churches.
Through leadership seminars, Bible classes, and mentorship programs, we teach pastors how to preach, counsel, and lead their congregations according to the Word of God.
Many of our pastors come from humble backgrounds, yet they serve with great dedication and faith.
We also encourage young people to step into ministry, giving them opportunities to serve, learn, and grow. Our goal is to see every church led by a passionate, Spirit-filled leader who can disciple others and multiply the work of God in their region.
Evangelism is the heartbeat of our mission. We go where others may hesitate to go — villages, deserts, and remote communities — because we believe every soul matters to God.
Our evangelists visit homes, pray for the sick, and share about Jesus with families who have never heard the Gospel before. We also organize open-air meetings, youth gatherings, and Bible studies, where people can hear the Word in their own language and experience the love of Christ.
Alongside preaching, we distribute free Urdu Bibles, tracts, and Christian literature, so new believers can continue learning and growing in their faith.
Through these efforts, we are witnessing revival in many areas where once there was darkness. People are coming to Christ, families are being restored, and communities are being transformed.
Church planting in Pakistan is not without challenges. Many of the areas we reach are poor, and believers often face social and financial hardship. Some regions are difficult to access due to distance, culture, or opposition.
Yet, despite these difficulties, we continue to move forward — because the message of the cross is worth every effort. We have seen God’s protection, provision, and power again and again.
Every church we plant stands as a testimony that nothing can stop the Gospel when God’s people are faithful to His calling.
In one small village near Hyderabad, a family came to Christ after years of struggling with sickness and poverty. Through prayer and fellowship, they found healing and peace. Today, that same family leads a small home church that gathers every Sunday.
In another region, a young man who once rejected the Gospel is now serving as a pastor after receiving Bible training through our mission. These are just a few of the countless stories of God’s amazing grace working through the Pakistan Church Planting Mission.
Our vision is to see a church in every village and every city of Pakistan. We want to see local believers leading their own congregations, children growing up in faith, and communities strengthened by God’s Word.
To make this possible, we are planning to train more evangelists, plant more churches, and expand into unreached areas.
Through partnerships with believers and churches around the world, we believe this vision can become a reality. Together, we can see Pakistan changed by the power of the Gospel — one church at a time.
