Since 2020, One Vision Society, under the leadership of Pastor Shakeel Din, has been at the forefront of disaster relief in Pakistan, reaching affected families with hope, care, and practical help. Whether it’s floods, earthquakes, or other emergencies, our mission is simple — to respond with love and provide food, shelter, and support to those who need it most.
Every year, thousands of families in Pakistan face the harsh reality of natural disasters. Floods wash away homes, earthquakes shake villages, and heavy rains destroy crops and livelihoods. In these moments of loss and fear, our Christian humanitarian aid team in Pakistan steps in to bring comfort and assistance.
Our volunteers and partners work tirelessly to deliver emergency response missions that meet urgent needs — distributing food, clothing, and clean water, and helping families rebuild their lives. We believe that compassion is more than words; it is action driven by faith and humanity.
One Vision Society’s flood and earthquake relief work has touched many lives across Sindh, Balochistan, and South Punjab. During the devastating floods, our teams provided food and shelter assistance to families who lost everything. Temporary camps were set up with tents, bedding, and cooking supplies to ensure no one slept hungry or in the open.
In earthquake-hit areas, our teams helped rebuild small houses, distributed blankets for winter, and supplied clean drinking water. We have learned that even a small act of care can bring a big change when done with love and sincerity.
In every emergency, food and shelter become the most urgent needs. Through our Christian compassion teams, we provide food boxes filled with essentials like rice, lentils, flour, oil, and sugar — enough to sustain a family for weeks. Alongside food, we also distribute shelter materials such as tents, tarpaulins, and bedding to those displaced by disasters.
Each distribution is handled with dignity and care. Families are not just given aid; they are treated with respect, understanding that they are precious and valued.
Our Disaster & Emergency Response work goes beyond material help. We also focus on emotional and psychological support. Many families experience trauma, fear, and hopelessness after losing loved ones or their homes. Our volunteers spend time listening, comforting, and standing with them until they can regain strength and stability.
Through partnerships with local communities and churches, we make sure our aid reaches the most affected and remote areas — often places where other help does not arrive.
Since 2020, One Vision Society has carried out multiple humanitarian support missions in Pakistan, reaching thousands of people affected by floods, fires, and droughts. With the support of generous partners, donors, and friends, we continue to expand our capacity to respond quickly whenever disaster occurs.
